They are enormous mountains - it is very difficilt to realise how big they are until you come across a little village with tiny houses.

To give you some idea of scale in the middle of the shore line in this image there is a village.

 A very stunning/atmospheric it has it all going for it well captured. 

 With reference to your comment about "my dog howling" it is a memorial statue on the cliffs at Hunstanton, Norfolk.
